
We all know what it feels like to call on a company for help, and get put on eternal hold... or to leave a message, and not get a return call promptly. Sometimes, you engage a technician on an issue, and they get off the phone with you to "research the issue further", but you don't hear back from them for days. Since we do know how it feels, we won't do it to you.
When you call or email, if you don't get an immediate answer, we'll respond to your call or email within 30 minutes (during business hours). We won't leave you on eternal hold while we answer other calls or research your issue. And if we get off of the phone to further research your issue, we'll let you know when to expect the next status update, and we'll make sure we follow up as promised. Our dependability is just one more thing that sets us apart from our competition.
