Database Administration - We can design, administer, maintain, and implement Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL databases, and develop policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of your company's database(s). We can also create data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance code, and resolve database performance and capacity issues. We are well-versed in implementing high-performance free solutions such as MSDE, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express, and MySQL, to keep costs as low as possible.

Network Engineering & Administration - We can design, configure, set up, and support networks to support your business, and can develop and maintain all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. We will also troubleshoot server performance issues and create and maintain a disaster recovery plan, to ensure business continuity. When necessary, we'll recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment to make your network run more smoothly and reliably. Of course, we'll also provide technical support and guidance to users, when they need it. Some examples of the hardware we've deployed for clients are SonicWall firewalls, LinkSys and Netgear Wireless Routers, HP ProCurve Switches, and Dell and HP Servers. Software includes Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Small Business Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Internet Information Services, and more.

Network Monitoring & Patch Management (Service Packages only) - We'll set up comprehensive monitoring for your entire nework infrastructure, including your workstations, servers, firewalls, routers, and anything else that's critical to your network—and your productivity. If anything goes wrong—as small as your receptionist's computer running slow, or as large as your primary network server crashing, we'll know right away, and call you to resolve it—many times before you even know it happened. We'll also push out Windows updates, virus and spyware detection signatures, and any other patches you require automatically, to ensure your workstations and servers are always as protected against harmful viruses, trojans, spyware, and crashes as possible.

Programming - Need a repetitive task automated with a macro, or a custom tool built? We can design, develop, and document custom software solutions for your business, using languages such as Visual Basic (VB), VB.net, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation), and more.

Technical Support - Have a question about how to do something in any Microsoft Office application? Need to set up Outlook to receive email from multiple accounts, or reduce spam junk mail? Just give us a call. Have a virus, and can't get it off of your computer? We've got you covered for that, too... and in the unfortunate event that your server, workstation, or any of your network equipment crashes, we'll be there to help you recover quickly, so you can get back to business as soon as possible.

Linux Administration - We'll install, configure and maintain your organization's Linux systems, and we're familiar with popular commercial distributions of Linux, such as SuSE and Redhat. We'll analyze and resolve problems associated with your Linux server hardware and applications software, and maintain your Linux systems' performance, and security.

Web Design - Want to build a new web site to market your business, or just spruce up your existing site? We'll design, construct, update, and support your web site(s), including incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features, and other techniques. We'll also maintain and provide ongoing design of your website, promotions, and seasonal content.

Web Development - Want to create a dynamic web site that allows your patients or clients to schedule appointments online? Want to get your business on the Web and start selling your products and services through a complete eCommerce solution? We can design, develop, and implement software packages for web sites, using technologies such as Active Server Pages (ASP/ASP.net), VB.net, C#, PHP, Perl, and Java, and deploy web sites onto platforms such as Microsoft Internet Information Services, or Apache.
